What is our Returns Policy

If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs).

In addition to your Statutory rights, you can return any product within 28 days of receipt of the product, provided you have notified us of the cancellation of order within 7 working days of receipt of the product, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, for a full refund of that product and the original shipping charges (if applicable).

Cancelling your Order

You must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs within seven working days of receiving your items by emailing us at support@glamconfidential.com.

On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, we will email you an acknowledgement together with a Returns Reference Number.

Please Note: Glam Confidential can only accept Returns to the above address. Under no circumstances would Glam Confidential accept Returns to its Registered or Trading Address.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country to which the order was delivered.

You must include the original dispatch note with the Returns, quoting the Returns Reference Number, to avoid any delay in processing of your Returns

The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

We recommend that you use a secure reliable service, preferably trackable, to return your order to us at the above Returns Address and that you retain proof of sending the item, in case of a dispute. Glam Confidential is not liable for items lost by your chosen Returns delivery service.

We also recommend that you insure the Returns as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment and that this cost is non-refundable by us.

However if the item has been returned because it is faulty or defective we would under this circumstance also refund any reasonable shipment cost, up to a limit of £15, that you may incur in returning the item back to us.

We will refund the full value of your order, including the shipping cost (if applicable), within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation and provided that the item has been received back in our warehouse.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within seven (7) working days of receiving the order, as described above.

Late Returns

All Returns must be received at our Returns address within 28 days to be eligible for full refund. Any Returns received after 28 days shall be accepted at the discretion of Glam Confidential.

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card or PayPal (whichever is applicable), used to purchase the product. We are sorry we cannot refund the cost of returning the item back to us except in the circumstances outlined above.

Please note that if your order has been sent outside of the EU, we are unable to refund any customs duties and sales taxes that you may have incurred. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs authorities directly.

Please note card/PayPal refunds may take between 7-10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
