How do I place an Order?

From our Home page select from one of the product categories (Glam Jewellery, Glam Bags, Glam Accessories) and browse through the selection available in each product category. Once you have a product you like to purchase select the quantity (QTY) you would like to purchase and click on ADD TO CART to complete the selection. Click on the CART icon (top right) when you are ready to VIEW CART or CHECKOUT.

Why must I tick the “I have read and accepted the terms & conditions” before proceeding to Checkout?

This is a mandatory requirement of the bank with whom we maintain our Merchant Account. Your failure to tick the acceptance box would result in us not being able to process your order.

What if I want to think about it before placing an order?

You can save your selection by selecting ADD TO WISH LIST. The selection would be available for you to browse when you next visit the web site until such time you make a decision to either purchase the item or delete it from your wish list. However we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock at the time you make your decision.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If an item is shown as being out of stock you will be asked to provide your name and email address together with description of the product that you are interested in purchasing. Once the item is received in stock we shall contact you via email advising you of the availability. You will then have the choice to visit our web site and purchase that item on line.

Rest assured that by expressing an interest in the out of stock item does not in any way commit you to purchase that item.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch Confirmation by email detailing the tracking number, which you would be able to use to track your order.

What Currency are the products priced in?

All our products are priced in £ (British Pounds Sterling)

How do I pay for my purchases?

We accept American Express credit and charge cards, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron, UK Maestro, International Maestro and PayPal.

Is it safe to purchase on line?

Yes. All payments are securely processed by Sage Pay, UK’s largest independent payment service provider. All transactions are processed using the latest 256 bit encryption technology.

When will I be charged?

We will debit your Debit or Credit card or PayPal account on or any time after receipt of your order. In the event we do not accept your order, we will refund the price of the Product ordered previously debited after receipt of your order.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders received and processed before 12 noon UK time are usually shipped out the same day.

Orders received after 12 noon UK time are usually shipped out the following business day.

Please note that there is no shipment on Saturday, Sunday or Public holidays. Thus as an example any order received and processed after 12 noon UK time on a Friday shall usually be shipped out the next business day, namely the following Monday unless of course the Monday happens to be a Public Holiday in which case the shipment shall be on the next business day.

What shipping service do you use to deliver my order

We usually use DHL Express for deliveries within the UK and Internationally.

How much does UK delivery cost and how long does it take?

All deliveries within the UK are Free of Charge and are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. Please also refer to our Delivery Policy for further details.

Do you deliver internationally and how much does it cost?

Yes. In addition to the UK, at the present moment we also deliver internationally to Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and the USA
Deliveries are Free of Charge and are usually delivered within 2-4 working days.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?

Due to the nature of our delivery service, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. All deliveries must be made to a street address and must be signed for.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All purchase prices are shown inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT). This tax is currently levied at 20%. The price at the Checkout will also show the purchase price exclusive of the VAT and the applicable VAT amount.

Do I have to pay VAT on international deliveries?

All deliveries within the EU will be inclusive of the UK VAT and generally there should be no additional VAT payable on deliveries within the EU.

Purchases invoiced and shipped to an address other than within the UK and EU are zero rated and will be invoiced exclusive of VAT.

Prior to proceeding to CHECKOUT NOW, the system will automatically adjust for any VAT based on the selection of the (Country of Shipment).

Do I have to pay customs and other duties on my purchases?

Other than for purchases for delivery within the UK, where no additional customs or other duties will be levied, we are unable to advise you on customs and other duties and sales taxes that may be levied in the country to which your purchase is being delivered. You are responsible for any local duties or taxes and the payment thereof, the goods are shipped with supporting customs declarations, and it is your responsibility to ensure payment of these to release your order from customs on arrival.

Please note that under no circumstances would we agree to issue an invoice understating the purchase price.

What is your returns policy?

We have a no questions asked returns policy provided you advise us in writing by email on support@glamconfidential.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods and you return the goods back to our warehouse within 28 days of receipt of the goods, undamaged in their original packaging together with the original dispatch note. Upon receipt of your email we will send you a Returns Reference Number, which you must quote when returning the item back to us.

We recommend that you use a reliable shipping service, preferably one that offers a tracking service, when shipping the item back to us and retain proof of shipment, in case of a dispute. We are not liable for any shipment lost by your chosen shipping service.

We also recommend that you insure the items that you are returning back to us as you are liable for any damage to the item until it is received in our warehouse.

How long might a refund take?

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation and provided that the item has been received back in our warehouse. Please note that other than the situation where you might have received a faulty, damaged or wrong item we are unable to refund any shipping charges you may incur on shipping the item back to us. In the event that you are returning the item because it is either faulty, damaged or a wrong item we will refund you all reasonable shipping charges, up to a limit of £15.00, that you may incur on shipping the item back to us.

How do I care for my purchases?

To enjoy years of satisfaction of our products we suggest you take care of them and also suggest the following:

Glam Jewellery

  • Avoid exposing pearls to cosmetics, sun block, perfume, perspiration and hair care products.
  • Avoid contacting pearls with hard jewellery items as these can scratch the pearls.
  • Do not use any cleaning agents.
  • Gently wipe pearls with a soft non-abrasive dry cloth after wearing them.
  • Any sterling silver components should be wiped clean with a soft non- abrasive dry cloth.
  • Store your pearls in a soft cloth pouch or in the supplied box.

Glam Bags

  • When not in use, store handbag in the protection pouch supplied with the handbag.
  • Do not use any cleaning agents.
  • If required gently wipe handbag with a clean, soft, non-abrasive dry cloth.
  • Avoid exposing handbag to moisture, extreme heat or cold.
  • Avoid exposing handbag to perfume or hair care products.
  • Avoid dropping handbag or knocking it against hard surfaces.
